20-11-05 - UPDATED REGIONAL SHIPPING DATES, Plus Factory Images

TL;DR: Shipments to be staggered to avoid issues with Brexit & the Chinese New Year. Should not affect EU customers; North American fulfillment delayed by a few weeks. Factory images below.
Since our last update, we've had another minor setback: while all of the printed materials for the game are complete, there were problems with the Fusion dice. These problems are easily addressed, but the bigger issue is that while any delay is unpleasant to begin with, there are now two big deadlines approaching - Brexit, and the Chinese New Year.
Team Roxley has therefore arranged with the manufacturer to send a shipment of the game to each region as soon as enough copies have been assembled. This leaves us with this shipping schedule:
SHIPPING DATES: UK / EU: 28 November, 2020 Asia: 12 December, 2020 Australia / New Zealand: 12 December, 2020 USA: 26 December, 2020 Canada: 26 December, 2020
EU backers (including the UK) must be prioritized to make sure we avoid the first deadline. Our UK partner, Gamesquest, has fully adapted and prepared for Brexit; they will be fulfilling UK backers from within the UK, and all other EU backers will be fulfilled from their new location in Germany.
Asian backers are to be shipped next, as the majority of them will need an additional 4-6 weeks to arrive (due to COVID-19 safety precautions, VFI ships these to local hubs first). The Australia / New Zealand wave is comparatively small and will be added to that wave, and USA/Canadian shipping can still be shipped before the end of the year. This leaves us with this estimated fulfillment schedule:
FULFILLMENT DATES*: UK/EU: 14 Jan - 26 Jan Asia: 18 Jan - 28 Feb Australia/ NZ: 26 Jan - 9 Feb USA: 9 Feb - 23 Feb Canada: 23 Feb - 9 Mar
* We are hoping our partners can beat these dates for many of you; these dates are worst-case estimates based on fulfillment times from the Iron Clays campaign, which was considerably more complicated than this one.
Team Roxley remains committed to communication, transparency, and accountability. Our goal is to treat you the way we like to be treated when we back a Kickstarter, so when a challenge or delay arises, you need to be informed, and we need to take responsibility.

20-10-08 - The Factory Grinch Strikes - Fulfillment Now in January.

TL;DR: Action from the Chinese government has resulted in factory delays. We now expect fulfillment in January. BackerKit locksdown on Nov. 17th, so youhave time to update your address or pledge; email [email protected] if you need any assistance.
Team Roxley is in the regretful position of having to move fulfillment to January.
What Happened:
After recent inspections, the Chinese government unexpectedly ordered our manufacturers to temporarily shut down and change their factory processes to accommodate new government regulations. Unfortunately, there is very little anyone can do about this.
What This Means:
We are still in the frustrating position of being unable to guarantee exact dates, but if we're able to avoid further bad luck, backers in the USA, EU, and Australia/NZ should have their games within the first two weeks of 2021, with the ETA for Canadians being in late January. Asian countries are still being handled by fulfillment hubs, so while they will actually be the first zone to ship, fulfillment will continue throughout January and February, depending on the country in question.
Team Roxley apologizes for this unexpected delay. We believe that regardless of its cause, it is our responsibility to remain clear and accountable with our backers.

Our current timeline for late November/early December fulfillment remains in place. Current orders are slightly delayed in the USA and in most Asian zones (due to wildfires and smoke in the USA, and due to consolidated hub shipping for COVID-19 safety in Asia), but all of our fulfillment partners are still at work, and ramping up for the Christmas shipping season.
Our recent communications issues with both Kickstarter and BackerKit have been resolved by their respective teams. (If you sent us a message via either platform and did not receive an answer, please message us at [email protected] with the details.)
