2021-04-15 - All Canadian Pledges Shipped! How To Play Video from Man Vs. Meeple

As of Monday, Hubtrotter reported they were shipping out the last Canadian orders!
A couple of notes:
- We have been getting reports from some Canadian customers who either did not receiving a tracking number, or who received it after the package has already arrived. We are following up with Hubtrotter about this now. (We are very pleased at how fast and efficient they were in turning these orders around after receiving them from FunAgain, but we understand those tracking numbers are important.)
- If your tracking number has not shown up yet, some backers have found that downloading the UPS app helps to find it.
- Our customer service team is unfortunately still dealing with an overwhelming amount of inbox traffic at the moment, but we will be powering through this as quickly as possible within the next few days to assist anybody with outstanding delivery issues.
- Post-fulfillment Preorders and followup shipping (such as missing items) have now started to go out in the EU and USA, and will soon begin in all other zones as well.

2021-04-01 - NO FOOLIN'! Canadian Stock Has Arrived & Ships Next Week!

TL;DR: All zones except Canada are now 100% shipped. 100% of Canadian pledges are expected to ship next week.
Hubtrotter in Calgary has confirmed the receipt of all of our Canadian pallets of stock in the last couple of days. They need a business day or two to break them down and sort and count everything, then will immediately begin shipping them to Canadian backers next week. We are expecting them to be able to get *all* Canadian pledges shipped next week, and you will receive a tracking email (as always, check your spam/bulk folder towards the end of the week if you haven't received yours).
If you have a last minute address change to make, please message us at [email protected] and include the words ADDRESS CHANGE in the subject line so we can get it to Hubtrotter in time.
Again, Roxley apologizes for the circumstances that delayed this game for Canadian backers. An internal review of all of the factors that caused this is under way, as we have no desire to ever repeat this experience.

2021-03-19 - USA 75% Shipped Despite Additional Delay

TL;DR: Frustratingly, stock from the final container to FunAgain was delayed AGAIN. FunAgain has shipped over 75% of pledges despitethis. All remaining pledges will be prioritized when the final shipment arrives (current ETA: mid-next week).
We're disappointed to report that the shipment from the missing container has been delayed for an unprecedented fourth time. Despite this, the team at FunAgain team has managed to assemble and ship over 3/4 of all pledges using available stock, and the majority of those have been successfully delivered, with over 300 more currently in transit to backers.
We are now being told that the last remaining shipment is en route to FunAgain now, and expected to arrive in the middle of next week. This means the final pledges should hopefully start to get tracking late next week, and *should* be completely shipped by our next update.
It is never a pleasant thing to have to announce a delay to our backers, and having to announce this additional one to the last 25% of you is especially frustrating. However, Team Roxley's policy of transparency and responsibility remains firm.
If this delay causes any issues with your pledge (e.g., due to moving to a new address), please message us directly at [email protected]. We will help wherever we can.

2021-03-04 - Customs Delay For Some US Backers - Fulfillment Ongoing For Two More Weeks

TL;DR: Some US backers will continue to be shipped for the next 1-2 weeks, as FunAgain did not receive all of our stock on time due to random inspections from US customs.
US pledges were scheduled as of last update to be entirely shipped by now. However, two of the containers bound for FunAgain were held up by US customs, who randomly decided additional scrutiny including X-ray inspection was required.
The good news is we are now VERY close to the finish line.
FunAgain has already delivered 576 pledges and another 147 are currently somewhere in transit (basically, everything they *can* ship until they unpack the other containers).
The first of these two missing containers arrived at their warehouse today. This should allow them to ship 1500 more pledges out over the next few days. The final missing container is scheduled to arrive this weekend.
FunAgain is very efficient once they actually have the stock in question, so we are now hopeful that all remaining US pledges and preorders can be shipped within the next 1-2 weeks.
We are still projecting Canadian fulfillment to begin later this month. We have been working with Hubtrotter to have everything prepared in advance for when stock arrives in Calgary, so it can be shipped everywhere with minimal delay.
What Happed To The Tutorial Video?
It's coming! Our original plans to film this with some friends in the USA fell through due to border travel restrictions, but a copy of the game is en route to a different studio now, so we hope to have an official video for you later this month.

2021-02-18 - Fulfillment Begins In Europe & The USA!

TL;DR: fulfillment is underway in the EU,other European zone countries, and the USA; all shipping in both zones is expected to be sent before the end of the month. Canadian shipping to be sent mid to late March.
Updated Dates By Zone:
Australia / New Zealand: Complete! China: Complete! Asia(all othercountries): Complete, but many orders are still en route to local forwarding hubs. ETA: present day to February 28th. EU (not including UK): Shipquest has announced that fulfillment is in progress! We are hoping all pledges will be shipped all shipping should be complete before prior to the end of the month. UK: Complete! Canada: We are no longer ahead of schedule due to a container mixup from the manufacturer. However we are still expecting shipping to begin and be finished in mid to late March. USA: Fulfillment has BEGUN. We are hoping all pledges will be shipped all shipping should be complete before prior to the end of the month.
NOTE: If you are in a zone that is marked COMPLETE, but you have not yet received your tracking email or your package, follow these few steps:
1 - double check that there is no shipping notification in your bulk/spam inbox.
2 - If you are able to access your BackerKit account, confirm that it shows "Fulfilled", and that it has the correct shipping address. This will indicate that your order has been sent to the fulfillment warehouse (note that BackerKit doesn't know what happens to your order after that point).
3 - Watch your doorstep for incoming packages! For some reason, no matter what we do, a handful of backers always report receiving their package *before* they get their email.
4 - You can contact us at this point to check in at [email protected], however, please note that it may take a few business days for a response as we have *very* high levels of email traffic right now. (If you receive your package while waiting for a response, we verymuch appreciate you following up to let us know so we don't spend time chasing yours down and can help the next person in lineinstead.)
