21-02-04 Fulfillment Check-In, Radlands Update

TL;DR: Fulfillment dates have not changed since last update, although EU orders aren't going to be ahead of schedule as we had hoped. Preorders will begin shipping immediately after fulfillment in a given zone is finished (including any fixes for errors in the first wave). One week left in the Radlands campaign!
Updated Dates By Zone:
Australia / New Zealand: Complete! China: Complete! Asia(all othercountries): Complete, but mostly still en route to local forwarding hubs. ETA: present day to February 28th. EU (not including UK): Stock has arrived but due to computer issues in the new EU hub it has not yet been possible to process. We're still looking like we're going to be able to beat the previous prediction of February 14th to begin shipping, but it turns out January 25th was overly optimistic. UK: Complete! Canada: We are still ahead of schedule and hoping to begin fulfillment as early as March 1. USA: We are still ahead of schedule and hoping to begin fulfillment as of February 15th (or possibly even earlier; cross your fingers!)
NOTE: If you are in a zone that is marked COMPLETE, but you have not yet received your tracking email or your package, follow these few steps:
1 - double check that there is no shipping notification in your bulk/spam inbox.
2 - If you are able to access your BackerKit account, confirm that it shows "Fulfilled", and that it has the correct shipping address. This will indicate that your order has been sent to the fulfillment warehouse (note that BackerKit doesn't know what happens to your order after that point).
3 - Watch your doorstep for incoming packages! For some reason, no matter what we do, a handful of backers always report receiving their package *before* they get their email.
4 - You can contact us at this point to check in at [email protected], however, please note that it may take a few business days for a response as we have *very* high levels of email traffic right now. (If you receive your package while waiting for a response, we verymuch appreciate you following up to let us know so we don't spend time chasing yours down and can help the next person in lineinstead.)
If you need to change your address within the EU or North America, please email the new address to [email protected]. (We can no longer guarantee address changes in other zones at this point.)
Observant readers will note that "Today's F.A.Q." is in fact a duplicate of the F.A.Q. in the last update. Both questions were asked again in the comments section of that update, so it appears these are indeed common questions!
Q. What if there's a problem with my order?
A1: For missing, damaged, or defective parts, please report them HERE. (Emailing us about them, or using social media to reportthem, may result in unnecessary delays. Please note that if you need replacements, they may take a few weeks to arrive, as we cannot begin sending them until regular fulfillment is finished in your zone.)
A2: For delivery issues and/or incorrect shipments, please email [email protected] with all of the details. (Please note that during Kickstarter fulfillment, messages to Roxley may take a few business days to process.)
Q. My BackerKit status says my order was fulfilled - why don't I have a tracking email yet?
A. BackerKit and Kickstarter don't have access to all the different warehouse systems used by Gamesquest, Hubtrotter, Armarlo, etc. This status just indicates that your order has been successfully processed and uploaded to your fulfillment system - they are the ones who will email you a tracking number when one is created for your package. (We've given BackerKit some feedback on this already, as we'd like to try to avoid this confusion in the future.)
The Radlands campaign is going strong, with over 5,600 backers! Since launch, we have:
- Upgraded the Hazmats to stitched edges!
- Revealed and added several new cards!
- Posted gameplay video and a behind-the-scenes "making of" the campaign video
- Had a Q&A with designer Daniel Piechnick
- Planned a livestreamed tournament with the designer and Team Roxley to show off more gameplay, starting this Saturday evening!
21-01-21 - First Games Arriving! Better Dates for EU & North America! RADLANDS!!!

TL;DR: Fulfillment is under way in Australia/NZ, UK, & China; no change in other Asian countries. Warehouses in the EU, USA, and Canada are all predicting they are now AHEAD of schedule by as much as two weeks' time.RADLANDS launches JANUARY 26th!
GREAT NEWS!
Someone must have played some Boost cards, because we're being told that shipments to both the EU and the USA are actually AHEAD of schedule! While there is still the possibility of further disruptions, it looks like the gridlock of Christmas season shipping is finally clearing up. Fulfillment is actively under way in all other zones. More specifics below!
Updated Dates By Zone:
Australia / New Zealand: (Last ETA February 2 - February 16) - fulfillment has begun and people are starting to receive their packages. Note that your tracking email will come from Armarlo. China: (Last ETA January 20 - February 3) - People have started receiving packages. Asia(all othercountries): (Last ETA February 3 - February 28) - No change. EU (not including UK): (Last ETA February 14 - February 28) - Stock has already arrived and is being organized ahead of schedule; we're being told fulfillment can likely begin as early as Monday, January 25th. UK: (Last ETA January 8 - February 3) - Shipquest was unable to begin on the 8th, but is shipping packages now. Canada: (Last ETA March 18 - April 1) - We are ahead of schedule and hoping to begin fulfillment as early as March 1. Asia, Australia, and New Zealand are unaffected, but due to shipping delays between the manufacturer and the warehouses, backers in Europe and North America (including UK and Canada) are all unfortunately looking at another delay of 2-3 weeks. (UK shipments have already arrived and will still be unaffected by Brexit).
Team Roxley are deeply frustrated to have to report another delay to our backers (even if it's a short one). This was again beyond our control, but as always, our goal is complete transparency and complete accountability.

A NOTE ABOUT BACKERKIT STATUS:
BackerKit is not connected to local fulfillment hubs, so if you check the status of your pledge there and it says "Fulfilled", this does NOT mean it has shipped; it means it has been sent by Roxley to our fulfillment company. Your order has shipped when they send you a tracking number for it via email.

2020 has seen postal and delivery services in all areas overwhelmed by record amounts of shipping and e-commerce, and as a result, most of our predictions have shifted 5-7 days into the future. In order to beat Brexit, Gamesquest will be fulfilling UK backers immediately from within the UK and the majority of Europe afterwards from outside of the UK. (As has been previously stated, Asian customers outside of China will have their games shipped to local fulfillment hubs, which will then divide and ship them to you individually once they receive them from VFI.)
Team Roxley apologizes in advance for the staggered schedule that these circumstances have made necessary. We know it can be frustrating to see others on social media playing a game you are still waiting for, but we do not believe it would be preferable to artificially delay any backers longer than they've already had to wait. (All backers *are* still scheduled to receive the game prior to the release of the retail version.)

For the second update in a row, there is little to report. We are very much in hurry-up-and-wait mode, so Team Roxley has been taking this opportunity to work on--dun, dun dunnnn--Project APOCALYPSE.
